What legal documents/regulations must South African residents comply with to do business online in the USA (national, not state specific)? For example: Establishing online directories with paid listings, membership sites etc. Can one trade as sole proprietor or must a business be registered, and if so is it a local or foreign registration?
The information provided on this website is done so in good faith, however the onus is on the user to seek the advice of an expert prior to making any business or investment decisions.
