I have been printing training manuals for a National Corporate for 18 months. Of late the orders have dwindled and the additional machinery I purchased, for their work, are now quiet . The person placing the orders is now giving the work to a friend who has rejoined the print industry as a sales rep. Is this called cronyism? Is there any way I can complain? There is no contract in place, but her superior has thanked me for the excellent work I do for them and trainers working under her have quietly voiced their disapproval of what’s going on.
